The CTI 46 is a multi-channel safety pyrotechnic ohmmeter (1 channel as standard and 4 channels optional) for carrying out measurements on pyrotechnic devices.

It was developed for use in an industrial environment, for integrated controls in production lines as well as in the laboratory.

This instrument is designed to carry out measurements on pyrotechnic elements around which user safety is at stake. Its main advantages lie in its great versatility and its great speed of measurement, this ohmmeter can be fully controlled by RS232 or Ethernet

 

it ensures the functionalities:

Measuring current much lower than non-fire current
Connection to the test line only during the measurement period
Failure to exceed a maximum safety current in the event of equipment failure (electronics failure, internal short circuit, etc.)
Flow of residual electrostatic charges at rest
Permanent self-monitoring of the internal functions of the equipment
External safety loop authorizing the powering of the measurement circuits
It has the functions:

Ohmmeter: The CTI46 has 4 main measurement channels using the 4-wire technique, making it possible to eliminate the resistance of the measurement cables, with the capacity to carry out inter-channel measurements allowing adaptation to more complex configurations:

  • PT100 function: temperature measurement
  • Macro: The CTI46 allows measurement groups to be created without user intervention, in the form of macro commands.
  • Display: Setting the LCD screen to suit your needs

Communication: Access in Telnet, TCP or RS232 mode to configure or control it
