The LOG86-001 is a temperature sensor that can be used in 2 modes:

  • Monitoring  (real-time monitoring applications ): the data recorder
    data sends its measurements in real time to a PC or a gateway. If a measurement is not
    not received, it stores it in its internal memory and sends it to the receiver when
    next transmission
  • Recording (delayed data transmission): the data logger records the measurements it takes in its on-board memory. The user can download all the stored measurements to the PC at any time, by sending a command by radio.

It is also equipped with:

  • IP65 housing
  • ½ wave antenna (up to 900 meters range)
  • Power supply battery A (Lithium Thionyl)
